Welcome to the (interim) Ringwood & Heathmont Uniting Church Web Site. At the beginning of 2026, the former Ringwood and Heathmont congregations amalgamated to form one congregation known as the ‘Ringwood & Heathmont Uniting Church’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Statement of Purpose for the congregation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The people of the Uniting Church (Ringwood & Heathmont) are called into God\u2019s mission, contributing in the tradition of Jesus to known and unknown neighbours\u2019 lives, in the Spirit of God\u2019s compassion, justice and liberating reconciliation.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Ringwood & Heathmont Uniting Church understands mission as cultivating the imagination of the community to see God at work in the world and join in being the Good News. We look to be shaped by scripture, worship and action to grow spiritually, in theological understanding and the risky practices of being the body of Christ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a strong focus on social justice and outreach, members of Ringwood & Heathmont Uniting Church seek to\u00a0 address needs in our wider community. We offer support to refugee and asylum seekers, families of children with a disability, support emergency food relief at EACH, and partner with broader ‘Uniting’ agencies in early childhood education and homeless services.\u00a0 We offer a range of activities from bike riding, walking, children’s and youth groups, through to bible study groups, social and fellowship activities and faith discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
